Body oil and face care products are divided into two categories - baby oil, essential oil and massage oil in one category, and the other category includes makeup remover oil and sunscreen. For oil based facial care product's plastic packaging, because the oil contained in the bottle can damage PE made piston, it could break, melt or change the shape of the piston, therefore a special design is necessary. For this reason, TAIXING K.K. PLASTIC has developed a piston using specific materials to avoid the contamination of ingredients.

Oil pump plastic bottle cost-saving design

Based on years of development experience, TAIXING K.K. PLASTIC has designed 3 in 1 piston to eliminate the number of components in order to achieve cost saving goals – from seven pieces to five pieces. Later, TAIXING K.K. PLASTIC developed a patented four-piece oil pump bottle to reach a high level of productivity. The oil pump plastic bottle is suitable for baby massage oil and cleansing oil, 1-2 ml per press, easy priming with various options of cap sizes between 24 - 410.

Plastic Bottle Locks – 1^st version of lock for a plastic bottle

Along with the piston and waterproofing design, TAIXING K.K. PLASTIC also developed several different versions of oil pump plastic bottles to ensure child safety and prevent oil leaking. For the 1st version’s oil pump plastic bottle, a snap on lock is attached. It is designed to avoid leaking when travelling or accidentally pressing of the pump.

2^nd version - 8 Shape Lock for Oil Pump Plastic Bottle

Since kids might grab the lock and put it in their mouth, or users may lose it by accident, TAIXING K.K. PLASTIC has developed an oil pump plastic bottle, 2nd version, with irremovable snap lock. It is an octagonal shaped lock that loops around the pump section, which is childproofed and you can never lose it.

Normally, after pressing the bottle cap of an oil pump, it leaves oil at the nozzle head and eventually the whole bottle becomes greasy. TAIXING K.K. PLASTIC’s new design, 3rd generation, of oil pump bottle was created with a suction to suck back the last drop of oil. Currently the new design of oil pump bottle has been purchased by Unilever and it is expected to be in the market this year in 2014.
