TAIXING K.K. PLASTIC became the only personal care plastic bottle manufacturer with a 100% automatic production line 15 years ago. With 13-15 plastic bottle and pump production lines, 1,500,000 - piece production capability a day, 36 plastic injection machine (max. 300 Ton, TOSHIBA MACHINE, HITACHI Toyo), 128-cavity mold, TAIXING K.K. PLASTIC promises on-time delivery.

To achieve cost-saving and environmentally friendly production, TAIXING K.K. PLASTIC replaced all hydraulic pressure injection molding machines with 100% automatic TOSHIBA MACHINE and HITACHI’s Toyo injection molding machines. The replacement was costly but energy is saved and an exact personal care plastic bottle is made.

• 9 normal speed assembling lines with capacity of 25,000 pieces/set a day.

For plastic bottle's quality control inspection, its strength, capacity, resistance to pressure, torsion and leakage are tested using various test equipment.

Each product is applied with suitable bottle packaging solutions to meet consumers’ usage styles. For example, roll on plastic bottle packaging is applied for baby powder, sunscreen and deodorant; spray pump is utilized for hand wash and disinfectant products; oil pump is suitable for face care products; and regular plastic bottle is used for shampoo or body lotion. In order to secure the bottle, the plastic strip is designed for 1st user protection; and golden or silver electroplating and hot stamping can be applied for value-added production. Each personal care plastic bottle is customized based on each region’s habits and usage style.
